We would like to announce that the annual SAP-VN Fundraising Dinner -- Gift of Hope 8 -- will be held on October 24, 2010 from 5PM to 9PM at Mon Cheri Restaurant (3150 W. Lincoln Ave Ste# 134, Anaheim, CA 92801). Please save the date. More details will follow shortly.
Dear SAP-VN members,
We are looking for volunteers to help with the preparation for the annual fundraising dinner -- Gift of Hope 8 -- to be held on Sunday, October 24.
Specifically, we need help with the following tasks:
- Donor database: improve existing database to better track donor gifts and plan future fundraising efforts
- PR, proofreading: fluent in Vietnamese who will present SAP-VN on local news media (newspaper, radio, TV) and/or proofreading printed materials
- Video/Slideshow editing: help with the creation of presentation/slideshow(s) to be presented at the fundraising dinner
- Setup/Clean-up: help with setting up the venue and/or clean-up on the date of the event
