SAP-VN Mobile Care 2025 is scheduled for August 3 (Sunday) through August 8 (Friday), 2025. Our tentative work location is to be determined. We are considering 2 potential locations: Quang Nam province and Dak Lak province. The location will be picked hopefully in a month. The registration is open without a fixed location for those who want to proceed with the registration early, regardless of the location.

- Please fill out one form for each participant, including teen participants
- Each participant will need to enter in their own email address, including teens, and be responsible for their own communication.
- Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age.
- Volunteers under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The registration fee for this mission is $400/participant. Please read the “Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)” in the attached link carefully, as the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. The registration fee may be waived for seniors (over 70 years old), students currently receiving financial aid, and healthcare professionals residing in Vietnam. Please read the FAQ for more details and instructions on how to request a fee waiver.
