Dear Friends,

We are excited to invite you to our first ever annual Mental Health Seminar! This year's carefully crafted theme is "How to Care for a Rose." Like a rose, we bloom best when we’re tended to with patience, understanding, and love. Together at the seminar we will be exploring what it means to nurture emotional wellness within ourselves, our families, and our communities.

It is our honor to personally invite our friends and supporters from our previous events to attend our seminar. It is a free event for the community filled with mental health pioneers as panelist speakers, exciting workshop series on how to boost mental cognition, how to argue better, how to set boundaries and prioritize your needs, meditation, guided journaling, healing art therapy, and so much more! Of course there is also complimentary lunch and refreshments for all guests. Please register on our RSVP Eventbrite soon, for we have a limited capacity. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
