We now start accepting application for SAP-VN mobile care mission 2020. If you are interested in participating in mobile care 2020, please fill out the application at the link below. Everyone will need to fill out the application, even if you are a returning participant and filled out the same application for previous years. If there are more than 1 person in your party/family, everyone will have to fill out the application.
SAP-VN mobile care 2020 is scheduled on July 26-31, 2020. Tentative location is Quang Nam.
If you are interested to participate in the mission, please fill out the form below. Please fill out one form for each participant, including children. Children should be 13 year or older, and need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We can only accommodate a limited number of participants per trip, so the earlier you complete the form, the sooner you will be interviewed for acceptance to Mobile Care 2020.
